Since our inception in 1987 as an Interior Practise, service, coupled with good design possibilities have been our aim. As our client base grew and the demands for architectural assistance increased we decided to combine these two ethics: Interior and Exterior and have now branched into conceptualizing a project, and managing it from the ground to full completion so as to afford our clients a Full Turnkey Service.

Stabilan was established in October 1983, and has since produced Pre-Stressed Hollow Core Slabs. Additional products joined our company, concrete staircase-shuttering, beams and a Polly-Block floor system.
Our company is based on quality, efficiency and personal attention at every building site.
Projects that we have been involved with: The Bloemfontein Waterfront Connecting bridge that spans from one parking garage to another. Stabilan slabs were used in the majority of the housing development at Woodland Hills. Stabilan is the preferred solution for affordable housing developments.
